- Guiding the Developer through all L&R (Legal & Regulatory) processes, including checking title at the Land Registry of the land to be acquired, preparation of title report, coordinating with regulatory bodies, submitting documents requested by the Bank to provide funding for the Developer.
- Drafting sales agreement and executing sales agreements with prospective purchasers of a Developer.

- Advising Management Corporations (MC) a.k.a Condominium Corporations which administer and manage condominium properties.
- Legal advice to convene general meetings, appointing members to the Council, drafting resolutions for general meetings, drafting additional provisions to the statutory Constitution, drafting By-Laws, advising on important statutory provisions, such as establishing a Sinking Fund, Insurance covers, allocation of expenses to units based on Share Values, etc.
- Provision of legal advice to resolve disputes among unit owners or unit owners and the MC or between the MC and the Developer.
- Sending Letters of Demand for non-payment of service charges and advising on further action, representing the MC at meetings with Government authorities, etc.
For purchasers and occupants of condominium units
- Reviewing and negotiating clauses of Sales Agreements issued by Developers.
- Checking title of the land upon which the project is to be constructed, checking on regulatory clearances and other connected documents prior to executing off plan contracts and purchases of condominium units.
